A Spring Evening of Storytelling
Saturday, April 12 - 6-8pm
Local author and illustrator, Kyle White, and nonprofit, Neighbors’ House, are teaming up for a great cause!
Kyle will be sharing relatable and witty stories in an interactive way. Centered on Midwest charm, these stories will make you laugh, reflect, and feel connected to your community. Kyle’s writing has been reviewed as, “Strik[ing] the perfect balance between nostalgia, insight, & humor."
As you enjoy delicious charcuterie and desserts, you'll also hear about the work of Neighbors' House, a local nonprofit serving DeKalb County students with free after school and summer reading programs. This event will help Neighbors’ House continue its mission of building lasting relationships and fostering a love of reading for local students.
This is an opportunity not only to experience the warmth of community, but also to make a local impact. We hope you'll join us for A Spring Evening of Storytelling!
Tickets are $20/pp and include: charcuterie dinner, dessert, drinks (coffee, tea, lemonade, and water), and storytelling. Only 100 tickets will be sold with an April 9th deadline.
*There will be an opportunity to consider a gift to Neighbors' House during this event. Learn more about Neighbors' House and their work with DeKalb County students at: www.neighborshouse.org
